Regulations of the Online Store miniscoopersound.com

These regulations apply only to natural persons. In the case of companies and wholesale customers, all arrangements regarding order fulfillment, delivery time, delivery costs, discounts, return methods, and warranties are subject to individual negotiation.

Glossary:

  1. Customer – a customer, in the meaning of these regulations, is a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality but possessing legal capacity, using the online store miniscoopersound.com, especially making purchases.
  2. Consumer – According to Art. 221 of the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964.16.93), a consumer is considered a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  3. Basket – an element of the miniscoopersound.com store software, in which the products selected by the customer during the shopping process will be visible by clicking the “add to basket” button for a given product. In the basket, the customer can change the quantity of products to order, select the payment and delivery method.
  4. Product Page – a feature of the miniscoopersound.com online store, where information about the available product can be found.
  5. Online Store – each use of “Online Store” is understood as the Online Store of the Miniscooper Company miniscoopersound.com.
  6. Home Theater Set – a set of audio and video devices intended for watching movies, which allows simulating the sound experience that the viewer experiences in a cinema or concert hall at home. Typically, the set includes: a signal source in the form of a Blu-ray or DVD player, audio elements for playing surround sound (DTS, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital EX, etc.) which means an amplifier and a loudspeaker set in a 5.1 system (also 6.1 and 7.1), and a device for displaying the image, e.g., a television or projector with a projection screen.
  7. Speaker Set/Column – a group of speakers placed in a special enclosure designed to provide acoustic separation between the front and back of the speaker diaphragm, thus preventing acoustic short circuits. Speaker sets are equipped with crossover circuits that divide the acoustic spectrum into frequency bands for individual speakers. Speaker sets are used in stereo or multichannel systems. Speaker sets are divided into:
    • Passive – a set that does not contain amplifying devices.
    • Active – an amplifier is placed in the enclosure.
  8. Speaker – an electroacoustic transducer (a receiver of electrical energy converting electric current into sound waves).
  9. Stage Equipment – devices adapted for professional use (amplifiers, columns, microphones, graphic equalizers, active crossovers, etc.). Most often used for sound reinforcement at mass events, artistic, entertainment, and sports events.
  10. Accessories – additional equipment, parts, consumables, materials for building speakers, loudspeaker columns, acoustic room adaptations, etc.

§1 Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation of the European Parliament and Council EU 2016/679).

  1. Personal data provided by Customers in connection with the execution of orders for products in the Online Store is processed by Artur Jeleniewski based in Bydgoszcz, ul. Chojnicka 2/1, 85-459 Bydgoszcz.
  2. The administrator of personal data is Artur Jeleniewski based in Bydgoszcz, ul. Chojnicka 2/1.
  3. The entrusted data is used for:
    a. executing the contract
    b. if registration in the Online Store is made
    c. issuing a VAT invoice
    d. marketing
    e. data analysis and statistics
  4. The Customer has the right to access, correct, delete, transfer their data, limit processing, and object to processing. The Customer has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if they believe that the processing of personal data violates GDPR regulations.
  5. Data will be stored for 3 years after the claim period expires.
  6. Any violations should be reported to the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

§2 General Provisions

  1. The following regulations specify the rules for using the Online Store miniscoopersound.com, the procedure for placing orders for products, delivering products to the Customer, the Customer’s payment obligations to the Company, the Customer’s rights to withdraw from the contract or cancel the order, and the procedure for submitting and handling complaints.
  2. The Customer is entitled and obliged to use the online store in accordance with its intended purpose; furthermore, the customer is obliged to refrain from any actions that may affect the proper functioning of the Online Store. It is prohibited to use the Online Store for purposes other than its intended purpose.
  3. The entrepreneur, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not liable for improper functioning of the online store caused by force majeure or actions of third parties.
  4. Browsing products and placing orders for products available in the online store miniscoopersound.com does not require registration. Furthermore, orders for products can also be made via email contact@miniscoopersound.com.
  5. The Customer can register in the Online Store. This will facilitate and expedite the execution of any future orders. The Customer registers via the Website by clicking on the “Registration” tab. To register an account, the Customer provides: email, password consisting of at least 6 characters, their personal data, i.e., first name, last name, and residential address.
  6. Contracts concluded between the Company and the Customer are, within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act, contracts concluded at a distance, which, in the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act, means a contract concluded with a consumer as part of an organized system for concluding contracts at a distance, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, using exclusively one or more means of distance communication until the contract is concluded.

§3 Product Information

  1. Information about products available in the online store constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code.
  2. Prices displayed in the store are gross prices (including VAT). They do not include delivery costs.
  3. The Company reserves the right to make ongoing changes to product prices; however, price changes do not apply to already processed orders.

§4 Order Fulfillment, Payments, and Delivery Methods

  1. The Customer can place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
  2. To place an order, the Customer must:
    a. Select a product and click “Add to basket.”
    b. Choose a payment and delivery method. Delivery costs may vary depending on the selected method, delivery location, and selected carrier.
    c. Provide shipping details and, if necessary, invoice details.
    d. The Customer can also place an order via email at contact@miniscoopersound.com, providing the product they want to order, payment and delivery method, and shipping and, if necessary, invoice details.
    e. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or cash on delivery. To make payment upon receipt, this must be clearly indicated by sending an email to the company’s address: contact@miniscoopersound.com, or when placing an order in the basket.
  3. After placing an order, the Company will send an email to the Customer’s indicated email address containing the account number to which the Customer will transfer the money due for the order, as well as information about the package size and any additional shipping charges.
  4. The cost of courier delivery is determined individually.
  5. If the dimensions or weight of the ordered products exceed standard package dimensions, the Customer pays additionally for shipping as if it were another package.
  6. The dimensions of a standard package are determined by the courier company.
  7. The usual order fulfillment time is 1-3 business days; however, the company reserves the right to fulfill within a maximum of 14 business days. In the case of temporary unavailability of the product, this term is determined individually, and Miniscooper will contact the buyer to specify the most efficient order fulfillment.
  8. Goods are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Poland. Mail-order sales abroad are conducted only after prior arrangements between the seller and the buyer, by phone or email regarding the conditions and costs associated with it.
  9. The goods are shipped via one of the courier companies operating based on an agreement with the Company, to the address indicated in the order by the Customer. There is also a possibility of personal collection at the company store after prior arrangement of the date.
  10. An invoice or fiscal receipt is attached to the goods, depending on the Customer’s choice when placing the order. Additionally, a warranty document is included with the shipment.

§5 Complaint Conditions

  1. The Company grants a 2-year warranty for the products sold.
  2. If the product has defects, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint. The Customer is obliged to send a complaint to the address: contact@miniscoopersound.com, including the following details:
    a. Customer’s first name and last name
    b. Address
    c. Phone number
    d. Product name and order number
    e. Description of the defect.
  3. The Customer can also submit a complaint regarding the product through a letter sent to the company’s registered office, which should include the same details as in §5 point 2.
  4. The Customer can submit a complaint regarding the provision of electronic services if the Online Store’s functionalities do not function properly. In this case, the Customer may contact the Company via email at contact@miniscoopersound.com, describing the issues encountered.
  5. In case of damage during shipment, a damage report must be filed with the delivery company; failure to provide such a report will result in the inability to return the item.

§6 Withdrawal from the Agreement

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, Journal of Laws 2014, item 827). The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of delivery.
  2. To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must submit a statement to the Seller (the address is mentioned in §2).
  3. The statement can be submitted in writing (to the address of the Seller) or electronically via email (to the address contact@miniscoopersound.com).
  4. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
  5. The Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, which may include courier costs.
  6. The Seller will return the payment for the purchased products within 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal statement along with the returned products.
  7. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the return of funds until the returned goods are received back.

§7 Final Provisions

  1. The regulations are valid from the moment of publication on the miniscoopersound.com website.
  2. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
  3. Disputes arising from the implementation of these regulations will be resolved in accordance with Polish law before the appropriate common court.
  4. The Company reserves the right to amend these regulations.
  5. MiniScooper STL License Agreement — Personal Use Only

    1. Ownership. All STL files, previews, renders and associated materials available for download from MiniScooper (the “Files”) are the exclusive intellectual property of MiniScooper (copyright © [2025] MiniScooper). Downloading the Files does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.
    2. License Grant. Subject to these Terms, MiniScooper grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to download and use the Files solely for your personal, non-commercial, non-commercial printing and display (the “Personal Use”). This license does not permit any commercial exploitation.
    3. Prohibited Uses (No Commercial Exploitation). Unless you obtain a separate written license from MiniScooper, you are strictly prohibited from:
    Selling, reselling, offering for sale or otherwise exploiting commercially the Files or any physical item printed or produced from the Files;
    Distributing, uploading, posting, sublicensing, sharing, or otherwise making the Files or any modified versions available to third parties or on third-party sites or marketplaces;
    Claiming authorship, ownership, or any inaccurate attribution of the Files or removing MiniScooper’s copyright notices or metadata;
    Creating, distributing or offering for sale derivative works based on the Files.
    4. Modifications. You may modify the Files only for Personal Use. Any modified file or derivative work remains subject to these Terms and may not be sold, distributed, uploaded, posted, or otherwise exploited commercially.
    5. Acceptance and Click-Wrap. You accept these Terms by (a) creating an account and checking the box “I have read and agree to the MiniScooper STL License,” and/or (b) clicking the button labelled “Download” on MiniScooper’s download page. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Files. (Clickwrap acceptance is required before each download.)
    6. Termination. MiniScooper may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your license and access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Files and any derivatives.
    7. Remedies. Breach of these Terms infringes MiniScooper’s intellectual property rights and may result in injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of legal costs. MiniScooper will pursue any remedy available under applicable law.
    8. DMCA / Notice Policy. If you believe a MiniScooper File has been posted or distributed in violation of these Terms on a third-party platform, contact MiniScooper at [contact@miniscooper.example] with a detailed report. MiniScooper will act to remove infringing listings and may use applicable notice/takedown procedures (including DMCA where available).
    9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer protection rules, the courts located in Warsaw shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
    10. Miscellaneous. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
    By downloading, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
